Born in Maine, living in New England for much of my life eating mussels, clams and oysters, and now from Virginia Beach, Virginia these past 10 years eating oysters almost daily - I consider myself a bit of a bivalve maven. Any trip to New Orleans would not be complete without at least one visit to Drago's for a couple of dozen of their roasted oysters!
