Ray Garcia organized an outing to watch the Mets play. He thinks this might be their year, but they showed no indication of that tonight; the Reds trounced them. I spent $29 on four beers and had what I believe was my first ballpark hot dog in several years. It was fantastic.
A good time was had by all.

I just love a fancy food trends writer who's secure enough in themselves that they'll use that as the title of a blog post.
I also had the momentary brain misfire when I thought you should have said "the Sox trounced" instead of Reds. Then I remembered there's that other baseball league out there, somewhere. It's a big world, but it's hard to pay attention to all of it when you live so close to the Hub. 8-)
